Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Marriage of the victim was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2002 and death for dowry was committed allegedly in the year 2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence nor there is presumption of dowry death against the petitioner.

Since death is much after seven years of marriage, the investigation is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.21475 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Arwal/successor Court in connection with Rampur Chauram Police Station Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
