Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 540 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections- 457/ 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
