JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-04-2015 The decision to recover Rs.25,040/- in terms of Annexure- 2, dated 9.10.2014, is quashed with a direction upon respondent no.4, the Additional District Magistrate- cum- District Incharge Officer, Midday Meal Programme, Nawada that he will issue a show cause to the petitioner, consider the same and then pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the matter and will not try to avoid either answering the show cause or receiving the show cause. He will present himself before respondent no.4 with a copy of this order, who shall in turn do the needful. The petitioner
