====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a/26 (ii) of Arms Act. Informant is the Police Officer, who in his written complaint has stated that on receiving information from one Jalil Ahmad that one criminal is hiding in the house, they entered the house and petitioner was arrested with two country made Pistol in his waist and one live cartridge and one fired cartridge. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been arrested in her in-laws house due to matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. It has been further

No.32823 of 2018(3) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 submitted that all criminal cases filed against the petitioner is from her in-laws side as Annexed in Para-3 of this criminal miscellaneous case. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, District- Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. No.222 of 2017.
