Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajoun PS Case No.286 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown miscreants committed robbery on the way and looted approximately Rs.2 lacs.

Submission is that neither any money has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, only on confessional statement, the petitioner has been made accused and charge sheet has been submitted without any recovery and holding of TIP.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and
