The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Purnahia P.S. Case No.99 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Anirudh Singh, who was well acquainted with the informant, came to the residence of the informant along with Manoj Kumar Vishwakarma and assured the informant to provide job on payment of Rs.1 lakh. The form of the informant filled up but the informant did not get any job. It is further submitted that many other persons had also paid money.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being

The husband of the petitioner has already been enlarged on regular bail. The petitioner did not receive any money from the informant or any other candidate.

Taking into consideration the fact that the informant himself in order to get job through illegal means said to have been given money to the husband of the petitioner and the petitioner did not receive any money from the informant or any persons and the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Purnahia P.S. Case No.99 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
