The petitioner is accused in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 08.04.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13625 of 2016. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 18.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48007 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 Thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
