Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 under Section 302 and other Section of the I.P.C.

The facts of the case is very peculiar inasmuch as the wife of the petitioner made allegation against the petitioner that he took away his son from the house and thereafter dead body of Sagar Kumar a minor boy, was found floating in a river. The informant made allegation that the petitioner used to assault the boy.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not feel inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49401 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 is rejected in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Gaya.
