This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report reveals that allegation of demand of dowry is against the husband and suspicion is against all the in-laws that they have committed dowry death. The petitioners are mother-inlaw and gotni of the victim-lady. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Shree Ghanshyam Singh, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Rosera, or successor Court.
