2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, for the alleged kidnapping of the victim, the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025. He further submits that the main accused in this case is one Ahmad Raja and the petitioner has been implicated in this case merely because he is the co-villager.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the similarly situated accused namely Md. Sultan has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29851 of 2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Vaishali P.S.
