The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with Anil Kumar Mehta. From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 06.06.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 11 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22344 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in Amba P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016.
