JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Mr. S.B.K.Mangalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with a liberty to remove before the court below for bail in the matter.

The anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that if any such application for bail is filed then the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the earlier rejection of the anticipatory bail application or withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application.
