Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420,m 406, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has no cheated any one. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24565 of 2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28358 of 2018(5) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 827 of 2017.
