Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. The petitioner is brother of co-accused Ashok Sah @ Ashok Kumar, who has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.40224 of 2016 on 06.10.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that allegation against the petitioner is similar to Ashok Sah @ Ashok Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
