Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Ranjit Bind and Sanjay Bind assaulted the informant with lathi at his head as a result whereof he died. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa (Nalanda)/Successor Court, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.609 of 2016, with condition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22066 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
