Case No.20 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.716 of 2014 before the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara. The same was rejected on 07.08.2014. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioner is serious. He is said to have fired from an unlicensed fire arm and caused

When the allegation is so serious, it is not at all permissible to grant anticipatory bail. The application is rejected.
