The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A country-made gun and alongwith one live cartridge was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Allegedly, one country-made gun and alongwith one live cartridge was recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2018.
