2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-AA), 26(1), 26(2) of Arms Act.

3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61373 of 2024.

4. From the report of the Trial Court, it appears that all the witnesses have been examined in the year 2025 but the judgment has not been delivered yet.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, I
