JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 This is an application for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner on the ground that marriage of sister of the petitioner is to be solemnized on 25th of May, 2017.

It has been submitted that the father of the petitioner though alive but he is very old person and the petitioner has to take care of the marriage.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for 15 (fifteen) days from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 83 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23323 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 2016.

However, the learned court below before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner must satisfy himself about the genuineness of the marriage of the sister of the petitioner and only thereafter release the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner surrender positively on 1st of June, 2017.
