2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 347, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 308, 504/34 IPC registered in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 99/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the informant is the first cousin living in a different floor of the same building. There is case and counter case between the parties in which both sides have sustained injuries. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu opposes the anticipatory bail petition.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as three grievous injuries sustained by Atul Kumar attributed to the assault by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
