At an earlier occasion vide order dated 09.11.2017 prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected under Cr. Misc. No.43827/2017 (Annexure-1) in the background of the fact that though victim was a consenting party, was identified to be major but, petitioner was married since before and so, the conduct of the petitioner was found a blur. During trial alleged victim has been examined as PW.1 wherein she had shown her firmness in joining hands with the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28893 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 Accordingly, petitioner Rajeev Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned First Addl.
