JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being sister and brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the torture was inflicted by all the in-laws family members after few days of the marriage.

Considering the nature of accusation, particularly, thrust
