Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma assisted by Mr. Ram Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 448, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner is involved in a serious offence and has tried to outrage the modesty of a lady.

Considering the same, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
