Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.B.Nagar Police Station Case No.98 of 2019,
