JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016. In Cr. Misc. No.19151 of 2017, the other accused namely, Indal Singh and Ajay Singh Bhokta have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.4.2017. In view of the order in Cr. Misc. No. 19151 of 2017 and period of custody as well as the statement made in para-3 that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22026 of 2017 (3) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghatty, Gaya, in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
