ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Priyanka Saha who is present in court and has been identified by her counsel as such.

We had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) by way of a bank draft that was tendered to Priyanka Saha, but she has declined to receive it

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.990 of 2019(5) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 which is hereby returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner who may give a receipt for the same.

Priyanka Saha gives her statement before us that she does not want to accompany the petitioner and that she is living with her parents and wants to continue living with them. This is, therefore, not a case of any unlawful detention so as to warrant exercise of any jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
