Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners submits that a Bench of this Court vide its earlier order had cancelled the election of the informant as Mukhiya and due to such political rivalry and dispute the first information report has been lodged by the informant.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45166 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Usha Devi and Jai Kishun Thakur, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.414 of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Sinha, C.J.M., Gopalganj, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
