Police Station Case No. 43 of 2015, under Sections 419/420/467/468//34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard Mr. Rudal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Nand Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
