2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by butt of pistol and the doctor has found the injury simple in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The injury is simple in nature. Charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025 having clean antecedent.

No.40944 of 2025(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection Dinara P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below/court concerned.
