The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh P.S.Case No.137 of 2014 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad registered for an offence under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He was married with the daughter of the informant in the year 2008 and allegation is that since the date of marriage, this petitioner who is husband and his family members used to demand a motorcycle and on account of non-fulfilments. She was killed. In course of investigation, a large of witnesses have supported the allegation of demand of motorcycle by the petitioner. The dead body has not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29530 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 been recovered and police have submitted chargesheet under Sections 365 and 364/34 of the IPC.

The learned APP opposed the submissions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is rejected.
