The petitioner, namely, Noor Mian @ Noora Mian is in custody since 10.06.2016 in Siwan Town P.S. Case No.69 of 2016 under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Mahatam Manjhi, in whose confessional statement the petitioner's name finds place, has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No.27719 of 2016 on 12.07.2016.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34889 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.69 of 2016.
