2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 386, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.243 of 2015.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is merely a distributor of SIM Card and there is nothing to connect him with the alleged offence, except the statements of Sagar alias Vickky Nandi wherein the latter has stated that the petitioner along with Madhukar Nandi sells Uninor SIM Card.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and that the said Madhukar Nandi, who is said to have dealt with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28235 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 retailer Najib Alam, is an employee of the petitioner and that Madhukar Nandi who is said to have obtained the SIM Card of Retailer Najib Alam being the proprietor of International Shop to whom the SIM in question was supplied by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
