The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act.

The allegation against this petitioner is of drawing electricity by unauthorized means.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the nature of allegation, let the petitioner namely, Md. Jala @ Jalauddin in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur at Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S.
