The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 133 of 2020 dated 16.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner earlier was made an accused in a similar nature of case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, his application shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by
