This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The first information report of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 26.12.2016 and has not been put on test identification parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22156 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 with Patahi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
