The petitioners seek bail in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The informant got secret information that in the premises of Raghubansh Narayan Singh, liquor is being sold and on such, the police raided the premises and recovered 35 litres of Nepali liquor. The petitioners are the wife of Sameer Alam. It is submitted that Sameer Alam has taken a room on rent. Petitioners are in jail since 14.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact hat the petitioners are lady, the above named petitioners are directed to
