This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure fair and proper investigation in connection with Harsidhi PS Case No. 297 of 2021, lodged for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2022, passed in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.903 of 2022(7) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 Cr.W.J.C No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs. State of Bihar and Others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
