The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 4322 of 2019 arising out of P.R. P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of illegal mixed toddy has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let

No.40287 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 4322 of 2019 arising out of P.R. P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
