====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioners monthly income is more than Rs.one lakh.

By the impugned order dated 15.05.2015, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur directed the petitioner to pay Rs.11000/- total including wife, daughter and son under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in Matrimonial (Divorce Case No.450 of 2013). The Court below also directed to pay Rs.1000/- as litigation cost for each date.

Considering the monthly income of the petitioner, in my opinion, the learned Court below has rightly passed the impugned order. Therefore, in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction, the same cannot be interfered with. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Sanjeev/- U
