In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.343 of 2016, arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No.116 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioner with the help of his mother kidnapped the victim girl and kept her in confinement for about one month. The victim girl in her 164 statement stated that on the knife point she was taken to different places and was confined in a room and threat was given by the petitioner that he would kill her, whereafter, the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner and victim both were in love and the victim girl on her own had gone along with the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner- Vakil Sahni, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Benipur, District-Darbhanga, in connection with Sessions Trial No.343 of 2016, arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No.116 of 2016.
