Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1485-C/2018, registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 424, 422, 448 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that Gopi Yadav and petitioner, the deed writer persuaded her to sell her lands. The complainant executed the sale deed in favour of Jitendra Bhagat, Dharmendra Kumar Bhagat, Rajeev Bhagat, Subodh Bhagat and Manish Bhagat but the consideration amount was given to Gopi Yadav who did not pay the consideration amount to the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38003 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 petitioner is a deed writer. He simply drafted the deed. Petitioner did not receive any consideration money. Even the complainant did not allege that the petitioner received any consideration money.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.1485-C/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
