2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.40 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and other allied Sections of the IPC and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Arwal.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
