10-04-2015 Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Jainagar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. All the three petitioners are named as accused in the F.I.R.

In view of facts & circumstances and considering the allegation, I do not find that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
