Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that on the basis of confidential information, petitioner was arrested and firearms were recovered from his conscious possession. The confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.6.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed.
