The petitioner seeks bail in Mansi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 75 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a ditch near the Gandak Ghat.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
