1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For quashing the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Anganbadi Appeal No. 138 of 2019 (Annexure-P/3) filed by the petitioner against order bearing memo no. 1100/Zi. Pro dated 29.05.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Darbhanga whereby and whereunder the Appeal has been dismissed.

(ii) For quashing the order bearing memo no.

1100/Zi. Pro dated 29.05.2019 (Annexure-P/1)

Patna High Court CWJC No.10714 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Darbhanga whereby and whereunder the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Anganbadi Sevika has been rejected.

(iii) For direction to the respondents concerned to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Anganbadi Sevika for Anganbadi Centre No.

259 in Gram Panchayat Raj Pokhram North, Ward No. 4, Block-Biraul, District-Darbhanga forthwith in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh advertisement has been issued for the purposes of recruitment of Anganbadi Sevika, pertaining to Anganbadi Center No.259 in Gram Panchayat Raj Pokhram North, Ward No.04, Block-Biraul, District-Darbhanga, hence it be directed that the candidature of the petitioner be considered, in accordance with law, in case she applies, without the respondents being prejudiced by the earlier rejection of her candidature. It is directed accordingly.
