Patna High Court LPA No.1669 of 2015 dt.30-08-2017 has dismissed the writ application not finding any equity or right in their favour for occupation of the flats of the Housing Board, the appeal is dismissed. The appellant is directed to vacate the premise which is M.I.G. House No.31 situated at Hanuman Nagar and give possession thereof to the Housing Board within one week from today, failing which the Housing Board can take appropriate coercive measures.
