The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.T. No.182/2016 (arising out of Bounsi P.S. Case No.128 of 2015). Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of bail but has been rejected by different orders. The report was called for from District & Sessions Judge and from report, it shows that all witnesses have been examined except Doctor and I.O. and efforts are being taken for production as a witness. This Court directs that Presiding Officer who would take all steps for production of the witnesses and is also further directed to the Superintendent of Police and the District Magistrate, Banka to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30323 of 2018 (3) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 ensure the appearance of Doctor and I.O. for completion of their evidence.

It is further directed that all the two witnesses should be examined within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order passed by this Court. Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police as well as District Magistrate, Banka for its compliance. After the examination of all the two witnesses as mentioned in above, the concerned Presiding Officer will dispose of the case as early as possible preferably within the period of six months thereafter.
