2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 171 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 127(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, six FIR named coaccused persons took away the husband of the informant from his house and thereafter the informant received a phone call asking her to clear the account and take back her husband.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025.

5. The petitioner was caught with the victim in the hotel and it appears to be a money dispute between the parties.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one co-accused namely Avinash Kumar has already been

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 171 of 2025.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Patna Kotwali Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
