The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 401, 414 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that while the informant along with other police party was on patrolling duty, on seeing the police, the accused persons started fleeing away but were apprehended.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.4.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet/prosecution report has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been

It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, on completion of six months in custody, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 105/19.
